Help system bug, Only members of Groups can accept their group calls should be certain Furres able to accept and se any call, When I tried a Guardian Call I was able to take it but when trying to take a Help or Welcome call I got nothing.

This has been updated to Include Rah access and Name Specific Settings for 4Speed's Special Privilages.. though those should be revoked XD
