Help Channels On the Bot Equestria

A new pony arrives in the dream and isn't sure what to do. You're wondering how Equestria handles these situations. Thats simple...

The Bot Equestria sees the new arrival and put them into the HelpQue and notifies the welcomer channel there's a new Arrival. Welcomers on duty can see this message and the can whisper the bot "/equestria Que" To see all the ponies in their HelpQue. This isn't limited to Welcomers. Each group in the guild can use this command to see who needs help on thier channel. The Bot filters the  requests for you.

To claim a help request you whisper the bot "/equestria Take ID#" where ID# is the id number of the help request you want to claim. It's just that simple.
