Appearance: Large, two-toned wings stemming from an obsidian-hued body dappled in dark grey 'freckles' that fall along his legs, back, neck and the bridge of his nose. Eyes like blue lightning and luminescent while mowhawk'd mane and short tail are a mix of white and a slightly darker hue of that blue that made up his eyes. He would never be seen without his favorite bandana, base-colored white with the word RIOT! scribbled all over it in black font and only outdone by a blue font version of itself that matched his eyes, mane and tail. His cutie mark is pair of drumsticks in the form of an x with a cloud with a glowing blue lightning bolt extending out of it on top in a skull and crossbones sort of way.


Personality: He is the adventurous sort, never one to turn down an opportunity to visit a new place or play a new gig. A bit of a rebel and prone to wanderlust, he doesn't stick to one location very long and has never had any close friends that made him want to stay. The only thing that keeps him grounded is tour dates with his band, of which he's the drummer. He will often put up a front to keep distance between himself and others but will come to aid anyone who needs him. He loves nature and can be really soft-hearted once he opens up but getting him to that point is nearly impossible. A bit of a show-off, he will perform to leave others in awe if only for the attention it gets him. He is a charmer and loves winning the hearts of others, even if he never opens his up to them. In the end, though, he never feels quite satisfied and is constantly searching for a place to belong (even if he doesn't realize it yet).

Sample Post: Another day, another city for Lightning Flash. Wings would flap, slow and rhythmic as he descended through the clouds to Ponyville. Male would hit the ground at a gallop, angling his wings to increase wind resistance and help him slow. Once he reached a relaxed trot, Lightning Flash would stretch his wings before folding them to his back. Pegasus pony would allow a devilish smile slide over his lips as he moved into the town where various ponies of all sorts were going about their business. He wasn't overly masculine, not a stocky stallion in the least. Limbs were long and toned, offering him a graceful appearance that spoke of his great agility. Built for speed, not power, it was why he had acquired his name. His speed could create enough friction and cause molecules to slam together to create lightning to race across the sky at his feet or crack down from where he flew. But there was no time for such showmanship right now! No, he was on a mission to speak with someone about getting a pet. He'd decided a companion might ease his lonely heart, though he would never admit it out loud. Reaching the place he had been recommended, he would knock and wait rather (im)patiently while eyes scanned over the yard full of animals. "Awesome."
